"And there! All done!" The man off set calls out. Aki giggles and gives a warm smile. 
"Thanks for taking all these photos! They're what's paying for all my new clothes..." The manager gives a wave and returns to his car. Aki kneels down, rubbing her huge belly. 
"I've really changed the past few days... and I wouldn't change a bit!"

Aki squeezes her newly grown breasts fondly.
"These just popped up out of nowhere huh?" She asks no one in particular. "But they're sooo squishy!" Aki giggles happily. 
Aki looks up thoughtfully. "Though I wonder what would have happened if..."
